Pepper goes Wild:

Pepper has recently revamped Murray's Wild Thing Extra Porter: 'It's not for everyone'. And indeed it isn't, it's bloody great stuff, and as beer freak Tim Forrest says "You have to smash the bottle to get the damn thing out".

That said, it's a great tasting-beer, packing a huge flavour, and pretty-high AB too.

Go to Murray's at Manly to get your mits on a bottle now.

Sacred ride hits a perfect 10!

Sacred Ride bike shop in Jindabyne has celebrated its 10th Birthday by releasing some pepper-designed Cruiser T-shirts. We have only printed a limited edition of 100 shirts, and at last-count there are only about 30 left, in the smaller sizes.

Ssacred Ride have been the main-stay of the cycling, sailing, and skiing industry in Jindabyne - not to mention best place to pick your wardrobe.

Sacred has bikes for all ages, terrain and abilities, and is probably the best-stocked shop in between Canberra and Melbourne.

Jindabyne Gets Angry

Pepper designed Murray's Angry Man Pale Ale has hit Jindabyne. Available from Woolies bottle stores (Australia-wide) and is the coolest drop around.

One day Pepper wants to start a club here in town - JABBA, The Jindabyne Anti Big Breweries Association - to help give the little guys a leg-up.

Angry Man Now availble in 640mL

Pepper designed Murray's Angry Man Brown Ale has been released in 640mL bottles, and can be bought on-line by clicking here.

A light beer that's out-of-this-world

Once again, the boys at Murray's are trying to turn the beer-industry on-its-head by out-thinking and out cooling the tired od beer brands. Retro rocket proves you can have a hoppy taste and low ABV, check out the tasting notes here.

The mighty axles of Evil re-grouped in-part for the Sydney-Gong charity ride to raise money in the fight against MS, Proudly wearing Team Perisher garb, the team has raised over $20,000 since 2010.

Although, now there's a splinter group....

dig goes dig-ital

Pepper Design has recently got together with a few 'industry types' in developing a website paying homage to the late Dig(by) Richards. The site, set to go live mid 2012, is going to be a showpiece of Pepper's, so Pepper will be investing some pretty serious love, time and effort in to the project, over the coming months.

For those of you not in-the-know, Dig Richards was a prolific Australian Rock'n'roll pioneer, whose career spanned the 1950s, 60s, 70s and early eighties.

Dig has all been forgotten these days, but we plan to rectify that. Stay tuned, we're hoping this one is a bit of a stunner.

Check out Dig's Facebook Fan Page Here.

And while you're here, lets not forget The Legend Feel Co, the ultimate guide to true Australian Style. Developed by Pepper in 2002. This site is loved and adored my many, but mainly us.

Pepper is just what it claims to be, a simple ingredient to enhance your brand – without making it sugary, leaving things half baked, over-done or watering the whole thing down.

We serve-up branding, print, web, brand strategy and advertising services and blend-in the odd pinch of copy-writing, all based around one principle - Good taste.

We endeavour to get your brand the attention it deserves by smooth-talking and not shouting at your designated audience, something which is generally appreciated by todays sophisticated marketplace. Have a look at our saucy portfolio and see how we specialise in keeping things extremely palatable.

We are based in Jindabyne in the Snowy Mountains Australia, but more than willing to travel the length and breadth of the planet for the sake of all-things-design. We also work closely with a number of Sydney-based companies, and have clients as far-flung as Canada.

Pepper Design began trading in Newtown, Sydney, as a small, boutique, design house, specialising in website design. By 2000 it had opened fully-staffed premises in Darlinghurst, and added packaging, posters, brochures, computer illustration, branding, interior design, and short-film art-direction to its repertoire. Pepper has prided itself on unique design, each job as individual as each brief dictates -- no formulas, just instinct, pragmatism and a sound knowledge of the difference between what is fashion, and what is style.

In 2003, Pepper went into hiatus, as it’s principal, Simon Blazey, was placed on secondment as a senior lecturer at the Sydney Graphics College, llecturing in Typography and computer-illustration.

In early 2007, Pepper once again begun trading as a full-service design house, and fostered a successful partnership with Harcus Design and advertising agency, Bulldozer Inc, suppliying a range of Interective resources, such as Flash, HTML and the plugging-in of dynamic back-end systems, with the help of Toldedoh.

A list of Pepper’s clients since 1999, include: Berkelouw Books; Deans Property; W Property; Perisher Blue Ski resort; The Royal Cruising Yacht Club of Australia; Taco Bell; The Pub With No Beer; Murrays Brewing Co.; The Red Shutter Inn (Red Mountain, B.C. Canada) Rossignol, AC Properties; Kalbilli Furniture; IBA; Barrakee Ski Lodge, NSW Ski Association and King Furniture, to name a few. Actually Most.

Simon's Illustration work has been pulished in Qantas - The Australian Way and Australian Geographic Magazine.
